Last updated 07-12-13

Decent (not spectacular but not craptacular either) windy-day flights of my Air Pigs X-Twin R/C Airplane.
Flights took place in the parking lot behind the Sears in Federal Way WA. USA.

Temperature at flight time was 59°F (15°C).
Winds were mainly from the SSE steady at 6MPH (5.2KTS) (9.65KPH).

The gay little styrofoam airplane flew remarkably well considering the wind velocity.

This video is approximately 25.8457633378 megabytes (26,175,085 bytes) in length; dial-up users please be aware.
It will take no less than one hundred twenty nine minutes to load at 48.0Kbps.

Excellent windy-day flight of my Air Pigs X-Twin R/C Airplane.

That music you hear is zax from the Amiga computer demo, "ämpäri3" by the demo group, "Dekadence" from 2011. This product is not sound-sensitive; the choon may be ignored or even muted "iph" "itt" "maiks" "u" "wahntt" "tu" "kik" "uh" "shawerrhed" "oph" "thuh" "wal" "uv" "uh" "bathhtube" "ahnd" "uze" "itt" "tu" "plugg" "thuh" "hoal" "inn" "uh" "leekie" "dyke" {a dam-like structure for controlling water, not the other kind hahaha!!! ).

A trio of really great flights of my Air Pigs X-Twin R/C Airplane on 04-25-13.

During the first segment, you may note that the gay little styrofoam airplane tends to'porpoise' -- its nose gets too high and then drops back down repeatedly. In the second brief segment, I overcompensated a bit, and in the last segment I got it about right.

Flights took place in the parking lot behind the Sears in Federal Way WA. USA.

Temperature at flight time was 63°F (17.2°C).
Winds were mainly from the E steady at 3MPH (2.60KTS) (4.83KPH).

Temperature at flight time was 49°F (9.4°C).

That music you hear is the song, "Bring the Noise" by...awww cummon you've simply ***GOT*** to know this one by now considering that I like bands like Billy Squier, Kraftwerk, Pink Floyd, Cheap Trick, etc...cummon take a whack at it anyway...

...if you guessed Hozay Feleciano, ¡¡¡SATANÁS LLEVANDO UN NO DE PAÑAL LLENO DE MIERDA!!!
It's Anthrax with Public Enema you silly goose!!!

I added, "***NSFYE!!!***" (Not Safe For Your Ears) to the title because not everybody who comes to this website to watch R/C aircraft vidz is a metalhead and would want the unwelcome earwhipping. The X-Twin is not sound-sensitive in any manner; the music may be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.

****NSFW!!!***

A most excellent flight of my Air Hogs X-Twin R/C Airplane.
Flight took place in the rear parking lot of the Sears store near S. 320th St. and 17th St. S. in Federal Way WA. USA on 11-04-12 {or "04 Nov. 2012" or even "Nov. 04, Twenty Stick-Very-Twirly-Stick" if you prefer}.

Conditions at flight time were cloudy, winds light & variable, and a temperature of 55°F (12.8°C).

The X-Twin lost power and glided to a gentle landing at the end of this video because it had flown directly under some 500KV (500,000 volts) electric transmission lines and the EMI (ElectroMagnetic Interference) from them overwhelmed the gay little styrofoam airplane's Rx.

That music you hear is the song, "What Your Parents Think All Your Music Sounds Like" by...o cummon you've just ***GOT*** to get this one considering that I listen to groups like Anthrax, Metallica, Raven, Exciter, Prong, Megadeth, etc...go on, take a whack at it anyway...

...if you guessed Metallica, ¡¡¡SATANÁS LLEVANDO UN NO DE PAÑAL LLENO DE MIERDA!!!
It's Worm Quartet you silly goose!!!

The X-Twin is not sound-sensitive in any manner; the audio (sound) may be ignored or even muted if it pisses you off.

I added, "***NSFW!!!***" to the title because there a couple of potty words in the song.

The lyrics for the song I used as are as follows:

Very decent flight of my Air Hogs X-Twin R/C airplane.
Flight took place at a baseball diamond at Celebration Park in Federal Way WA. USA on the morning of 08-05-12 (or "05 Aug. 2012" if you prefer).
Temperature at flight time was 77°F (25°C).

More decent flights of the Air Hogs X-Twin R/C airplane. You may not see a whole lot of this tiny litle airplane, but it was in the air for most of the duration of this video.

Flights took place in a baseball diamond at Celebration Park in Federal Way WA. USA on 08-01-12. Temperature at flight time was 59°F (15°C).

VERY GOOD flights of the Air Hogs X-Twin R/C airplane.
You may not see a whole lot of this tiny little airplane, but it was in the air for most of the duration of this video.
Flights took place in a baseball diamond at Celebration Park in Federal Way WA. USA on 07-29-12.
Temperature at flight time was 64°F (17.8°C).

Flights of this studly little airplane; it was a bit too windy when I flew so the flights really weren't all that great. In fact, I crashed into the same light standard not once, but twice (not shown in this video montage because the crash site was well to the right of the camera's frame (e.g., the camera could not "see" these crashes).

Flights were made at Celebration Park in Federal Way WA. USA on the morning of 05-16-12.
Temperature at flight time was 63°F (17.2°C).

This video is approximately 3.430005643520 megabytes (3,616,833 bytes) in length; dial-up users please be aware.
It will take no less than sixteen minutes to load at 48.0Kbps.

Another flight (or "flite" if you prefer to be incorrect) of this studly little airplane; the modifications I made to the airframe (to reshape it again!) on the evening of 05-25-12 were a bit too much, so I reshaped it the other way slightly and I'll attempt one or more flights on 05-27-12 -- weather (and wind) conditions permitting of course. Best guess here is that the steady wind speed must not exceed 5mph (8.050kph).

This airplane is quite small, so when it gets to 35' or 40' downrange, it looks downright puny in all of my videos which show it.

Flight was made at Celebration Park in Federal Way WA. USA on the morning of 05-26-12.
Temperature at flight time was 69°F (20.56°C).

This video is approximately 156.44768763494 megabytes (156,752,794 bytes) in length; dial-up users please be aware.
It will take no less than seven hundred eighty two (!) minutes to load at 48.0Kbps.
It is definitely ***NOT*** dial-up friendly!!!

Another flight (or "flite" if you prefer to be incorrect) of this studly little airplane on 05-27-12 -- it was way too windy though and I had to wade across a narrow creek in order to retrieve it.

This airplane is quite small, so when it gets to 35' or 40' downrange, it looks downright puny in all of my videos which show it.

Flight was made at Celebration Park in Federal Way WA. USA on the morning of 05-27-12. Temperature at flight time was 57°F (13.89°C).

This video is approximately 6.27456342760 megabytes (6,427,612 bytes) in length; dial-up users please be aware.
It will take no less than thirty one minutes to load at 48.0Kbps.

Another series of flights of the studly little Air Hogs X-Twin R/C airplane; the modifications I made to the airframe (to reshape it again!) on the evening of 05-27-12 appeared to be pretty much right on. During the third flight, it soared up so high into the air that it briefly lost contact with its Tx (radio); several teenaged boys walked by after I had just wrapped up for the day and one of them commented that he thought that it was a bird because it was rather small being that high in the sky.

That music you hear playing is the song, "Worship" by...awww cummon you've just ***GOT*** to know this one bu now considering that I'm a known metalhead...take a whack at it anyway...

...if you guessed Hozay Fernando, ¡¡¡HUSOOS CRISTO EN UN SILLÓN DE RUEDAS, NO!!!
It's Anthrax, silly!!!

This airplane is quite small, so when it gets to 35' or 40' downrange, it looks downright puny in all of my videos which show it.
This airplane is also not sound-sensitive in any manner, so the music may be ignored or even muted if it torques you off.

Flights were made at Celebration Park in Federal Way WA. USA on the morning of 05-29-12.

Another reasonably successful flight of the Air Hogs X-Twin R/C Airplane. Flight took place in the socker fields at Celebration Park in Federal Way WA. USA on the morning of 07-15-12. Temperature at flight time was 55°F (12.8°C).

The wind was blowing more strongly than expected (est. 7MPH {11.27KPH} with gusts to 12MPH {19.31KPH}) so the flight was not quite as good as hoped for -- but it was still halfway decent.

This video is approximately 58.59723423811 megabytes (58,772,926 bytes) in length; dial-up users please be aware.
It will take no less than two hundred ninety two minutes to load at 48.0Kbps.

This video shows an OK flight of the Air Hogs X-Twin R/C Airplane.
Flight took place in a baseball diamond at Celebration Park in Federal Way WA. USA on the morning of 07-27-12 (or "27 Jul. 2012" or even "Jul. 27, Twenty Stick-Very-Twirly-Stick" if you prefer).
Temperature at flight time was 59°F (15°C).

This video is approximately 59.2631287827 megabytes (59,578,532 bytes) in length; dial-up users please be aware.
It will take no less than two hundred ninety six minutes to load at 48.0Kbps.

I cannot provide any of these videos in other formats, so please do not ask.
