This product is AC-powered, so I don't need to tell you which part to remove, carry with you on a long boat ride way out in the Pacific Ocean, drop in the Marianas trench, torpedo out of existance, and then rather emphatically tell you not to.

These light sets appear at least *reasonably* durable, in that they should not just fall apart on their own or through just casual handling.

This product is meant to be used as a seasonal light string (or for parties, weddings, and other festive occasions), not as a flashlight meant to be carried around, thrashed, used, and abused; so I won't try to flush them down the toilet, bash them against the concrete floor of a patio or a steel rod, let our household's six kitty cats uranate (go to the litterbox) on them, run over them with a 450lb Quickie® Pulse 6 electric wheelchair, or perform other indecencies on them that a regular flashlight might have to go through.

The LEDs aren't dome-shaped like you'd expect; instead, they're covered with "raspberry"-style covers - this helps the lights to be visible at much greater viewing angles than a standard dome-shaped LED would allow.

The AC adapter outputs too low a voltage for the set to function properly -- the LEDs are quite dim. All of the sets tried (four others!!!) showed this very same issue.

Photograph of the light set in its packaging -- "illuminurinated" of course.
Note that some of the lamps are whitish and some are greenish-yellow -- like a wild boar pissed on some of the bulbs and then somebody allowed the pee to become rotten.

This video on YouTube shows the Warm White 'Chasing' LED Light Set in action.

That music you hear is zax from the coin-op arcade pinball machine, "F-14 Tomcat" released by Williams Electronics Co. in 1987.
This product isn't sound-sensitive; the zax may be ignored or even muted if it ticks you off.

O boy, a set of Christmas lights flashing!
So thrilling!!
So heart-stopping!!!
Actually, it kinda makes you want to kick one of those wall-mounted porcelain uranators off the wall and then proceed to "bete" "thuh" "livengg" "tweadle" "owt" "uv" "itt" "withh" "uh" "harebrusch" doesn't it?

This video is approximately 22.2523463244 megabytes (22,846,861 bytes) in length; dial-up users please be aware.
It will take no less than one hundred eleven minutes to load at 48.0Kbps.

TEST NOTES:
Test unit was purchased at a Right Aid store in Federal Way WA. USA on the morning of 12-31-12.

LEDs are much dimmer than expected (see directly above for why!)
Advertised as being a "warm white" LED set; yet some lamps are obviously cool white
