Tired of getting out the Christmas lights every year and finding they don't work because half of the bulbs are broken?
Tired of the endless chore of hunting down & changing bulbs as they go out over the duration of the holidays?
Do you live in California or Washington and pay so much for power you can no longer afford to put up lights anymore?
Then these are for you: A fairly ordinary looking set of Christmas lights that have multicolored LEDs instead of incandescent bulbs.
They run cool and the bulbs never pop, and the whole set uses just a few watts of your precious electricity.
These lights are significantly *BRIGHTER* than all other multicolor LED light sets I've seen to date (12-30-12).
They have sixty (60) dome-shaped "bulbs", and up to 43 sets of them can be connected end-to-end!!!
Use these like you would use ordinary miniature Christmas light sets.
They have the same fused plug as your existing miniature lights, and the "end-to-end" feature that lets you plug additional sets into the end of the strings, rather than at the outlet.
Since the bulbs never need replacing, you can forget about the annual ritual of "find the broken bulb" on the Christmas light strings
as you unpack the Christmas boxes to decorate each year. You know, the broken or burnt out bulb that makes the whole set go dark, so you get all pissed off and eventually slam the defective strings into a garbage can and go out to buy new ones.
For most people, this is an annual ritual; though if you're lucky you only do this about every other year.
That won't happen with this set. Just remove them from the box year after year and start decorating - the Christmas tree, window & door frames, the garland atop the mantle, tabletop settings, around Jack-O-Lanterns, ghosts, goblins, witches; or just hang the suckers off your bedroom or dorm room ceiling for that special holiday feel all year 'round.
All you need to do to feed them is plug them into any ordinary household (north America anyway) 110 to 130 volts AC 60Hz two- or three-slot receptacle, and check out your handiwork.
How unique are they from other LED Christmas light sets? Let me count the ways...
No transformers. They plug right into a 110VAC receptacle with an ordinary fused Christmas light plug.
End-to-end connectivity. These have a plug at both ends for more decorating versatility; you can plug additional sets onto the end of the string,
rather than having to start each one at an outlet like other LED Christmas sets would have you do.
Compatible with your existing miniature Christmas light sets.
Rated for both indoor and outdoor use.
This product is meant to be used as a set of holiday lights, not flashlights meant to be carried around, thrashed, trashed, and abused, so I won't try to drown them in the toliet tank, bash them against a steel rod or against the concrete floor of a patio, let my parent's puppy dog's ghost or my sister's citty kats go "tee-tee" on them, run over them with a 450lb Celebrity motorised wheelchair, stomp on them, use a large claw hammer in order to smash them open to check them for candiosity, fire them from the cannoñata, drop them down the top of Mt. Erupto (I guess I've been watching the TV program "Viva Piñata" too much again - candiosity is usually checked with a laser-type device on a platform with a large readout (located at Piñata Central), with a handheld wand that Langston Lickatoad uses, or with a pack-of-cards-sized device that Fergy Fudgehog uses; the cannoñata (also located at Piñata Central) is only used to shoot piñatas to piñata parties away from picturesque Piñata Island, and Mt. Erupto is an active volcano on Piñata Island), send them to the Daystrom Institute for additional analysis, or perform other indecencies on these lights that flashlights might have to have performed on them.
So this section of the web page will be significantally more bare than this section of the web page on a page about a flashlight.
Photograph of the set illuminated.
It is past Christmas, and my mother would strongly object to having a multicolor set of lights in the Christmas tree anyway, so I cannot show you what this set looks like in one.
