The R2L is a stick-on gadget that you attach to the back of your cellular telephone that is designed to convert some of the handset's outgoing radiation into harmless light.

You must affix the R2L to your handset or telephone cover in the exact place as directed!!!
Failure to do so will result in negligible reduction in your cellular handset's or Ipad's outgoing radio energy (the "radiation" that is spoken of)!!!

From this point on, the R2L will emit flashes of light whenever a call is made or received; this is from the R2L intercepting some of the outgoing radiated energy from your cellular handset or Ipad and upconverting it into visible radiation (light).



There are no batteries to fuss with, so I don't have to tell you which part to remove, drop into the Marianas Trench in the Pacific Ocean, torpedo out of existence, and then rather emphatically tell you not to.

So I won't try to drown it in the toliet tank, bash it against a steel rod or against the concrete floor of a carport in effort to try and expose the bare Metalmarineangemon - er - the bare Metaltrailmon - um that's not it either...the bare Metalsusanoomon...er...uh...wait a sec here...THE BARE METAL (guess I've been watching too much Digimon again! - now I'm just making {vulgar term for feces} up!!!), let my mother's big dog's ghost, her kitties, my kitty or my sister's kitty cat piddle (uranate) on it, hose it down with my mother's gun, run over it with a 450lb Quickie Pulse 6 motorised wheelchair, stomp on it, use a medium ball peen hammer in order to bash it open to check it for candiosity, fire it from the cannoñata, drop it down the top of Mt. Erupto (now I guess I've been watching the TV program "Viva Piñata" too much again - candiosity is usually checked with a laser-type device on a platform with a large readout (located at Piñata Central {aka. "Party Central"}), with a handheld wand that Langston Lickatoad uses, or with a pack-of-cards-sized device that Fergy Fudgehog uses; the cannoñata (also located at Piñata Central) is only used to sshoot piñatas to piñata parties away from picturesque Piñata Island, and Mt. Erupto is an active volcano on Piñata Island), send it to the Daystrom Institute for additional analyses, or perform other indecencies on it that a flashlight might have to have performed on it. Therefore, this section of the R2L's web page will seem a bit more bare than this section of the web page on a page about a flashlight.

On the R2L website, it states (and I quote): "Paper thin microprocessor converts cell phone radiation into harmless light".
MICROPROCESSOR?!?
No, not 'microprocessor', and almost certainly not 'microcontroller' either!
Both of them would require constant external power such as batteries; but the R2L does not use batteries. Best guess here is that the majority of the device's surface area consists of a conductor arranged in a tight zig-zag manner which intercept's some of the cellular handset's outgoing radiation and routes it to that red LED.

Test units (for a promotional period, they were sold in pairs) were purchased on the R2L website on 07-31-13 entirely due to a posting on the Commercials I Hate BBS, and were received late on the afternoon of 08-07-13.

The first unit I installed was defective; the second one appears to function as intended.
