This is a Beavis and Butt-Head T-shirt.
Beavis and Butt-Head was created by Mike Judge and started airing on the cable television station MTV in March 1993.
So I'm almost 50 and I still like Beavis and Butt-Head ...shame on me!!! 
On this shirt, Butt-Head is the one on the left and Beavis is on the right.
