So I do not have pricing or warranty information about this flashlight.

The Favourlite BW50155LED headlamp does not have a formal name, so I'll just call it a "headlamp" on the remainder of this web page.

The headlamp has five white LEDs in its business-end. A pushbutton switch allows you to select blinking LEDs, steady-on LEDs, or off.

Three AAA cells in the body power those LEDs.

It has a single adjustable strap that allows you to fit it to your head.

 SIZE

To use the headlamp, easily cut it and its included batteries out of the package with a pair of heavy-duty household scissors, or use a knife or razor blade if you do not have scissors handy. Install the batteries (see below), and then you'll be ready to rock.

Press the pushbutton switch on the front of the unit until it clicks and then release it to turn all five LEDs on in flashing mode. Press and release it again to turn all five LEDs on in steady-on mode. Finally, press and release it again to turn the headlamp off.

Just like the back of the shampoop (or shampee) bottle reads: lather, rinse, repeat.
In other words, the next time you push the button, the LEDs will come on again in flash mode.

To fit the unit to your head, adjust the slide buckle on the strap to make larger or smaller the loop of the headband. Test-fit. If necessary, adjust it some more until it fits properly.

The photograph below shows it affixed to the head of a flashlight tester.

To change the batteries in this headlamp, press the black button on the back of the unit with a standard screwdriver or similar instrument, and remove the top half of the headlamp.

Remove the three used AAA cells out of the black portion of the headlamp, and dispose of or recycle them as you see fit.

Insert three new AAA cells into the black portion of the headlamp, observing the polarity symbols embossed in each chamber.

Place the headlamp halves back together, making sure the long oval black button is on the same side of the unit as the opening for it in the grey half of the case. Be sure the little plastic tit on the front of the grey half of the headlamp goes inside the front of the black half of the headlamp before snapping the two halves back together.

Photograph of the light's business-end, with the five LEDs and the smooth reflector shown.

The headlamp appears at least reasonably durable. After 5 whacks against a steel rod, no damage or malfunctions were detected.

The headlamp appears to be very lightly sprinkle-resistant, but it is NOT waterproof or submersible. So please try not to drop it in creeks, rivers, ponds, lakes, oceansides, docksides, puddles of alligator pee, slush piles, mud puddles, tubs, toilets, sinks, fishtanks, dog water dishes, or other places where water or water-like liquids might be found.

If it fell in water and you suspect it got flooded, seperate the two halves of the headlamp and remove the batteries, dump out the water if necessary, and set the parts in a warm dry place for a day or so just to be sure it's completely dry inside before you reassemble and use it again.

If it fell into seawater or if somebody or something peed on it, douche all the parts out with fresh water before setting them out to dry. You don't want your headlamp to smell like seaweed or potty when you go to use it next. Besides, salt (from seawater or piss) can't be very good for the insides.

The headlamp does have decent brightness, but it has a distinctly bluish tint that some users may object to.
If you were to take the headlight to a group of people, show them the beam, and ask them what color it was, many of them would holler "WHITE!", but some of them might shout "LIGHT SKY BLUE!" instead.

Beam photo at ~12".
Measures 43,200mcd on a Meterman LM631 light meter..
