THANK YOU, A.I.!!!
Holy cow!! This Canon PowerShot G3 Digital Camera was donated to me by a website fan after my old faithful Nikon CP775 digital camera pooped out. He offered it to me, and I accepted under one condition: that the camera connects to the computer via the USB port, because all of the other I/O ports on my computer are already in use. This camera *IS* USB capable, so it looks like we've got ourselves a quality and not that inexpensive camera!!!
This camera set arrived here on the afternoon of 10-12-06.
The first thing I'm probably going to photograph with it is the SureFire K2 Kroma that I received on 10-05-06.
This camera will come with the following accessories:
The Canon G3 camera itself
512 MB memory card
420EX external flash (puts out way more light than the built-in flash)
And it has the following features:
New DIGIC image processor - noticeable improvement in photograph quality, plus faster performance
Totally new 4X zoom lens
New FlexiZone auto focus
Refined body design
Records up to 3 minutes of video with sound; editable in playback mode
Built-in neutral density filter
Support for wireless flashes
New iSAPS technology
And here's a photograph of the camera set...this will likely be the last photograph my sad little Olympus D100 shoots - at least on this website. I'll still use it as a "beater camera" and as a spare...no need to throw it in the garbage can, sell it, or otherwise dispose of it.
This camera set included the following:
Canon PowerShot G3 camera itself
512MB memory card
32MB memory card (spare)
Two Li:ION batteries
Canon 420EX external flash
4xNiMH cells for the flash
A/V cable (to connect camera to TV)
