As this website has an international viewership, the date & time conventions used here should be made clear.
DATES use the north American convention, which is "MM-DD-YY".
Examples:
12-17-01 would be December 17, 2001.
04-23-08 would be April 23, 2008.
I use the dash (-) instead of the forward slash (/) because I've always recorded dates this way.
And I use leading zeros to make dates line up correctly in the Y-axis (vertically).
TIMES are in Pacific time; which is GMT -8 (Greenwich Mean Time minus 8 hours).
Although I may not have specified the time zone on earlier web pages where a time was stated, you can rest assured that these times shown are in the eastern Pacific time zone; which is the time zone used on the west coast of the United States.
