CRAZY GLOW™ WILD WAFER™ LITES

Crazy Glow™ Wild Wafer™ Lites, retail twelve for $12.95 (http://www.orientaltrading.com...)
Manufactured by (Unknown) for Oriental Trading Co. (www.OrientalTrading.com)
Last updated 10-09-07

These are colorful discs that light up using a miniature chemical light stick (not all that unlike a Cyalume™ light stick); you just bend it until it emits a snapping noise, shake it, and then place it pretty much any place you please - even placing them in your mouth if that's what turns your crank.
In fact, putting them in your mouth is recommended in the Oriental Trading catalogue.

This product is intended for use on Halloween night, as part of your costume.

There are twelve "lites" in the pack; this equates to a price of just ~$1.08 apiece.

 SIZE

To use one of these lights, just bend it until it emits a snapping noise, shake it, and place it just about any place you desire.
Yes, even the sink, bathtub, pool, or commode if that's what suits you.
Don't put it in your mouth if you first tried it in the toilet bowl, for obvious reasons.

It really is that easy!!!

This product is disposable (it uses a chemical light stick rather than batteries), so I don't have battery changing instructions for you today.

The Crazy Glow™ Wild Wafer™ Lites are reasonably durable - at least to the point where they won't just fall apart or go out during normal use. This product is intended specifically to be used as a decorative, temporary light source, not abused or manhandled like a regular flashlight. So I won't try to slam it against a steel rod, smack it against the concrete floor of a patio, or flush it down the can. I did throw it to the floor a few times, and did not damage it in any way I can detect.

Since this product is disposable and does not use LEDs, you can just throw it in the dustbin (garbage can) when it stops working and not feel guilty about disposing of perfectly good LEDs like you would in throwing away other dispsable products that use LEDs.

TEST NOTES:
Test units (they only come in packs of twelve) were purchased from the Oriental Trading website on 09-06-07, and were received on the afternoon of 09-13-07.

Product was ***VERY LIKELY*** made in China.
A product's country of origin really does matter to some people, which is why I published it on this web page.
