PRIMO'S MEMORIAL PAGE
??-??-?? to ??-??-98
Primo, holding one of my gay pride flags in front of the Six Eleven Tavern in the early-1990s.
This photograph is also shown on my I, F****t: The Page Only 10% Of You Should Have Clicked On web page.
I've known Primo since the late-1980s. For a very brief time when I was first getting to know him, I thought he was going to be a "hardass" - a rather large Native Indian male (who can become rather nasty & aggressive) - but I soon found out that he was very much against the typical stereotype. My immediate perceptions of him went right down the toliet - Primo was a very kind, gentle, loving person!!!
Primo's name in the scroll text of a Commodore 64 computer demo I wrote in 1993.
No, Primo did not have HIV; this was a page from the "AIDS Demo" that I created.
The scroll text was part of the demo where I sent "greetings" to my friends & family.
Primo was considered a "lush" - even though he might have already been hammered, he'd always want another pitcher of beer.
This is the last page of my Commodore 64 demo "AIDS Demo" from late-1993.
This does not have Primo's name in it; it's just somewhat humourous.
From one of his close friends, comes this juicy little tidbit: Floyd named Primo 'Chief Ring Around the Butt' because Primo would often pass out on the toilet and sit there for hours, hence the ring from sitting there for so long. And he would laugh and love Floyd all the same. I used to try to wake him up and he would kiss me, laugh, and pass out again.
Primo and myself behind the bar at the Six Eleven Tavern sometime in mid-1990.
Primo marched in the Gay Pride Parade (also called "The F** March" by some) in Seattle WA. USA in 1990 or 1991, and I marched right there with him. If I can find a photograph of him in the Native American contingent, I'll happily post it on this memorial page I made for him.
The photograph of Primo near the top of this web page holding one of my gay pride flags was taken the same year we marched in the Native American contingent at the Gay Pride Parade together - probably well within a week (before or after) of marching.
When I tended bar at the Six Eleven, I hired Primo as my doorman from happy hour until closing - this worked out very well for both of us: his presence at the door kept the bad guys outside where they belonged, and it kept Primo sober for at least a while on days when I worked the day shift.
We used to frequently call one another a "pussywhipped piece of shit", but it was always said in a loving manner, never a hateful or angry one.
He also used to call people (including me) a "squaw", but again always in a playful manner - never in an angry or hateful manner.
Another name he liked being called was "Primette" - a true homo name if ever there was one.

This party took place at the now-defunct Six Eleven Tavern in Seattle WA. USA.
Primo's memorial demo.
Tested and known to run on Windows XP systems.
This is the same as above, but should run on some Windows 98 machines.
These demos are executables (.EXE extension), but they are "bug-free" if you will.
Screen dump from the above computer demo.
Everybody who has ever known Primo has been touched in a very special way by his kindness and huge, loving heart.
Rest in peace Primo, you will be sadly missed.
