SPECTRA OF FLUORESCENCE OF
URANATED* GLASS OBJECTS WHEN
IRRADIATED WITH <488nm RADIATION (4)
(NEWEST {03-25-12 and 01-13-13} SPECTROMETER SOFTWARE SETTINGS USED)

This web page will be for nothing but spectra of fluorescence in uranated glass objects when irradiated with <488nm radiation:

Ocean Optics USB2000 Spectrometer donated by P.L.
As of 10-10-07, I've been using a PC2000-ISA Spectrometer from Ocean Optics that I received several years ago, but that I didn't have a home for until now.
As of 03-08-08, I once again have the USB2000 Spectrometer, enabling color spectra again.
As of 09-19-09, I no longer have the PC2000-ISA; it was sold to prevent an eviction.

FLUORESCENCE OF URANATED* GLASS OBJECTS
WHEN IRRADIATED WITH <488nm RADIATION (Pg. 5) (NEWEST {03-25-12 and 01-13-13} SPECTROMETER SOFTWARE SETTINGS USED):

Spectrographic analysis
Spectrographic analysis of fluorescence of the 2009 NIA Commemorative Insulator in Uranated* Glass when irradiated with the Advancedmart 365nm "UFO" UVA LED Flashlight.

The raw spectrometer data (comma-delimited that can be loaded into Excel) is at http://ledmuseum.candlepower.us/42/365ufoin.txt

Spectrographic analysis
Spectrographic analysis of fluorescence of the 2009 NIA Commemorative Insulator in Uranated* Glass when irradiated with the Advancedmart 3 Watt ECONO 365nm UVA LED Flashlight.

The raw spectrometer data (comma-delimited that can be loaded into Excel) is at http://ledmuseum.candlepower.us/42/365-3win.txt

Spectrographic analysis
Spectrographic analysis of the fluorescence of a uranated* glass marble when irradiated with the Osram 445nm Blue Kaleidoscopic Portable Laser.

Spectrographic analysis
Spectrographic analysis of the fluorescence of a uranated* glass marble when irradiated with the Osram 445nm Blue Kaleidoscopic Portable Laser; spectrometer's response narrowed to a band between 520nm and 540nm to show the marble's peak fluorescence wavelength, which is 527.190nm.

The raw spectrometer data (comma-delimited that can be loaded into Excel) is at http://ledmuseum.candlepower.us/42/445-8-2.txt

Spectrographic analysis
Spectrographic analysis of the fluorescence of a uranated* glass marble while being irradiated with the "<5mW" 445nm Blue Portable Laser.

*"Uranated" - infused with an oxide anion of uranium, *NOT* "pyst off"...er...uhhh...I mean PIST ON.
Commonly referred to as "Vaseline glass" because it has
a distinct pale yellow-green color when not being irradiated.

Note spelling: "urAnated", not "urEnated","urInated",
"urOnated", "urUnated", or sometimes "urYnated".

Do you manufacture or sell an LED flashlight, task light, utility light, or module of some kind? Want to see it tested by a real person, under real working conditions? Do you then want to see how your light did? If you have a sample available for this type of real-world, real-time testing, please contact me at ledmuseum@gmail.com.

Please visit this web page for contact information.

Unsolicited flashlights, LEDs, and other products appearing in the mail are welcome, and it will automatically be assumed that you sent it in order to have it tested and evaluated for this site.
Be sure to include contact info or your company website's URL so visitors here will know where to purchase your product.
