Ultraviolet wavelength conventions go like this (ranging from longest wavelength to shortest wavelength):
UVA: 390 nm - 320 nm
UVB: 320 nm - 290 nm
UVC: 290 nm - 100 nm
Vacuum UV: 100nm - 10nm
You can obtain Fox Group 350nm and 360nm LEDs from DComponents Corp.
Deep ultraviolet LEDs (those emitting peak wavelengths shorter than ~350nm) are available as of 12-11-06, but they are very expensive.
A 255nm UV LED is available from Roithner Lasertechnik for $474.11 *APIECE!!!* (current, as of 12-11-06).
So LEDs emitting in deep UV wavelengths are not yet inexpensive.
