''1st. CLASS TOLIET'' Metal Plaque
Manufactured by (Unknown)

Because of the nature of this product, my usual evaluation format will not be used. This will just be a brief informational page with two photographs on it.
This is a metal plaque, made of (as far as I'm able to determine anyway) brass.
It has a hefty and substantial feel to it, and it has two holes to allow you to fasten it to the flat surface or object of your choosing with a pair of screws.
The lettering on it was hand-stamped or hand-moulded; this is evident because some of the letters are visibly crooked or aligned differently from neighbouring letters.
Additional investigation has revealed that this plaque (or "sign") is very likely nautical in nature; that is, it was intended for use on ships.
Size when compared with my hand.
This "1st CLASS TOLIET" plaque was purchased at a thrift store in Seattle WA. USA. in 1989 or 1990 for 49¢.
