LED-eshop.de W-550 White LED
Received 11-13-08, tested 11-30-08

This is a 5mm round through-hole LED that emits a slightly coolish white light. I do not have access to an instrument for measuring color temperature, but I'd guess it to br ~5,300K.

Beam photograph on the test target at 12".
Intensity measures 4,710mcd on a Meterman LM631 light meter.
Vf (forward voltage) is 2.997 volts at 19.28mA.
Viewing angle is 50°.

LED-eshop.de W-530WD White LED
Received 11-13-08, tested 11-29-08

This is a 5mm round through-hole LED that emits a slightly coolish white light. I do not have access to an instrument to measure color temperature with, but I'd guess it to be ~5,800K. This LED comes in a slightly diffused, milky white body, rather than in a transparent, water-clear one like many other 5mm LEDs do.

Beam photograph on the test target at 12".
Intensity measures 4,330mcd on a Meterman LM631 light meter.
Vf (forward voltage) is 3.074 volts at 19.28mA.
Viewing angle is 50°.

LED-eshop.de R-630-590 Red LED
Received 11-13-08, tested 11-29-08

This is a 5mm round through-hole LED that generates a bright, slightly orangish-red point of light. Its peak wavelength is 630.15nm, *ALMOST EXACTLY!!!* where it ought to be. Instead of having the traditional rounded lens-end, the top of this LED's body is truncated (shortened), but it still has a mainly rounded shape - this gives the LED its wide viewing angle and (despite having a transparent, water-clear body) still allows for a very smooth beam with no splotches, rings, or other little evil things (artifacts) in it.

Beam photograph on the test target at 12".
Intensity measures 250mcd on a Meterman LM631 light meter.
This is a wide viewing angle LED, and if I've told you once, I've told you 2,458,770 times:
Wider viewing angles always, always, ALWAYS equal lower mcd values.

Vf (forward voltage) is 1.862 volts at 19.28mA.
Viewing angle is 90°.

LED-eshop.de G-525-515/C Green LED
Received 11-13-08, tested 11-28-08

This is a 5mm round through-hole LED that emits a pure green light. Peak wavelength appears to be 519.2nm - pretty darn close to where it ought to be.

Beam photograph on the test target at 12".
Intensity measures 14,780mcd on a Meterman LM631 light meter.
Vf (forward voltage) is 3.091 volts at 19.28mA.
Viewing angle is 15°.

LED-eshop.de YH-590-530 Yellow LED
Received 11-13-08, tested 11-27-08

This is a 5mm round through-hole LED that emits an amberish-yellow light. Peak wavelength appears to be 598.2nm - not all that far from where it ought to be.

Beam photograph on the test target at 12".
Intensity measures 7,360mcd on a Meterman LM631 light meter.
Vf (forward voltage) is 2.143 volts at 19.28mA.
Viewing angle is 30°.
