Paul is the gentleman on the left in this photograph; that's me on the right.
This photograph was taken in July 2000 at The Seattle Center.

Rest in peace Paul. There'll be no more pain now.

Paul Casey is survived by his sisters Tina DeRango, Shirley Bonwell, and Judy Bainbridge.

(Paul liked this sound file.)

It says "I am Cornholio. I need TP for my bunghole".

Paul always thought it said
"I am Cornholio. I need pee pee for my bunghole".
"Pee pee" as in {vulgar term for male urinator / inseminator}.

This is another screen from Waka Waka BBS - the screen you got after logoff.

Here's The Chub and Chaser History Project if you wish to visit (link opens in a new window).

Paul really loved the TV game show "Wheel of Fortune", so here's a small testament to that.

He also loved "The Price is Right", and we would both exclaim "
YAY TELEPHONY!!!" (pronounced "tell uh FOAN' ee") if the announcer said:

"Contestants not appearing on-stage will receive {usually a locking mailbox
from Jandmar} and
a telephone from Invention Submission Corporation".
or
"Promotional consideration provided by {usually
Jandmar} and
Invention Submission Corporation".

It was announced on 06-15-07 that The Price is Right host Bob Barker is retiring; if Paul were still with us, he would have just {vulgar term for defecate; used as a verb and in the past tense}. I wonder now if somebody up in heaven will have to clean up {vulgar term for feces} after Paul's angel has heard about this.
The Price is Right *WAS* one of Paul's favourite TV programs.

UPDATE 08-20-07: I have just heard that Drew Carey will be the new host for TPIR.

UPDATE 10-08-07: As I understand, the new TPIR with Drew Carey hosting it will be shown beginning 10-15-07.

UPDATE 05-08-08: I have a ~98% certainty that I just saw Paul's "Spin ID" number on Wheel of Fortune!!! If Paul was still with us, he'd have won a trip to the Carribean!!!

UPDATE 12-25-11: Paul's sister Tina gave me his "WAKA WAKA BBS" jacket; here's a photograph of it:

I'll be adding this jacket to the "Memorial Web Pages for Paul Casey" section of my The LED (and Laser) Museum website today (12-25-11); the direct-entry URL will be /36/wwjacket.htm if you're interested -- and if you've taken the time to view this memorial website, I'm sure you are.

Paul Casey's memorial demo program for the PC
If the color pisses you off, then this one might be more to your liking (the music is also different).

This third one runs on some Windows 98 machines (it does not work on my Toshiba laptop, but does work on my Gateway 2000 desktop).
This version has the copper color theme like the first demo above.

This version of Paul Casey's memorial demo has had the sinus text and photograph removed; some viewers may find it easier on the 'ol eyeballs.

And this is the same as above, but should run on some Windows 98 machines.

This version of Paul Casey's memorial demo is a newer one - a new photograph was used and it has had the sinus text removed; like the last one, some viewers may find it easier on the 'ol eyeballs.

And this is the same as above, but should run on some Windows 98 machines.

This version of Paul Casey's memorial demo is the latest one (03-29-10) - a screen from Paul's Waka Waka BBS was used and it has had the sinus text removed; like the last two, some viewers may find it easier on the 'ol eyeballs.

And this is the same as above, but should run on some Windows 98 machines.

Screen dump from a newer version.

If you're wondering why the bottom text reads "RENAMED IT TO TDC (THE DOUCHE CREW) IN", it's because I was explaining the basic progression of my Commodore 64 demo group TDM -- yes, I ran a Commodore 64 demo group in the early and early/mid-1990s.

Screen dump from the latest (03-29-10) version.
Notice the graphic is actually Paul's BBS!!!
Though I must admit that I felt a little queer (pun not intended) registering & logging in as him in order to obtain that screen dump.

This version is the latest one - a screen dump of D'Bridge (Paul's choise of mailer front-end) is on there!!! It has also had the larger of the two sinus scrolltexts removed; like the last three, some viewers may find it easier on the 'ol eyeballs.

And this version is the same as above; but may run on some Windows 98 pee cees.

Screen dump from this demo.

Here are some DOS demo/BBS advertisement programs I made for him in the mid-1990s:

adwaka1.zip
adwaka2.zip
adwaka3.zip

They were known to operate on 386 and 486 computers; they run in DOS mode (using F8 to reboot directly to DOS on computers using Windows and with Pentium CPUs as well) (tested good on Pentium I and II only).
